Eleni Zaroulia, wife of Nikos Michaloliakos, is being sent to prison following the decision of the Five-Member Court of Appeals for Felonies. The court rejected her request to convert her sentence into a monetary fine, and she will thus serve the 5-year imprisonment that was initially imposed for participating in a criminal organization.

The presiding prosecutor, Kyriaki Stefanatou, had proposed the rejection of the conversion request.

Additionally, the Court of Appeals decided to suspend the serving of the sentence with a ban on leaving the country for three years for Chryssovalantis Alexopoulos, Michalis Arvanitis, Aristodimos Daskalakis, Dimitris Koukoutsis, Stathis Boukouras, Antonis Gregos, and Giorgos Tsakanikas. Conversion to a monetary penalty was decided for Nikos Michos, Markos Evgenikos, Thomas Maria, and Konstantinos Chatzidakis.

The court upheld the sentences that had been initially imposed on the members of the Golden Dawn directorate. Nikos Michaloliakos was sentenced to 13 years for leading a criminal organization. The same sentence was imposed on Ilias Kasidiaris, Giannis Lagos, Christos Pappas, Giorgos Germenis, and Ilias Panagiotaros. Giorgos Roupakias was sentenced to life imprisonment for the murder of Pavlos Fyssas.

Giorgos Dimou, Konstantinos Papadopoulos, and Georgios Skalkos are also being sent to prison.
