Tension in Parliament: Konstantopoulou-Gerovasili Clash

A heated confrontation took place in the Hellenic Parliament between Zoe Konstantopoulou and Olga Gerovasili during a debate regarding the lifting of Konstantopoulou's immunity.

Konstantopoulou accused Gerovasili of favoring a situation where Kyriakos Mitsotakis would be 'king' and Dora Bakoyannis 'princess'.

The clash began when Gerovasili refused to give the floor to Konstantopoulou immediately after the announcement of the voting results. A heated dialogue followed with mutual accusations.

Gerovasili responded that she did not violate any rules and simply followed the speaker's list.

Konstantopoulou also accused Gerovasili of collusion with Bakoyannis, referring to a previous incident at the Conference of Presidents.
