Famellos: Mitsotakis Fears Inquiry Committee for Voridis-Avgenakis

The president of SYRIZA-PS, Sokratis Famellos, accused Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis of trying to prevent the establishment of an inquiry committee for Makis Voridis and Lefteris Avgenakis, fearing the revelations.

In his intervention in Parliament, S. Famellos stated that K. Mitsotakis is 'blackmailed' and 'defeated' as he cannot control his parliamentary group. He argued that the Prime Minister is trying to prevent ND MPs from voting according to their conscience.

The parliamentary representative of ND, Notis Mitarakis, replied that ND will be present at the vote and accused S. Famellos of 'delirium'.
