Kasselakis Calls for Transparency in Tempi and Routsi's Request

The head of the Democracy Movement, Stefanos Kasselakis, is calling for full transparency in the Tempi case and the request of hunger striker Panos Routsi. Following the decision to conduct toxicological tests on the body of Panos Routsi's son, Kasselakis called on the Prime Minister to take a stand, arguing that parents have the right to know the cause of their child's death.
The legal solution to satisfy the request was found by retrieving an old case file against forensic doctors, paving the way for similar requests from other relatives of Tempi victims. The new case file will be separate, but the findings can be used in the trial.
