Institutional and Political Crisis in Greece

The government in Greece faces increasing criticism regarding its management of power and respect for institutions. Despite a parliamentary majority, there is a sense of dissatisfaction, especially after the Tempi tragedy and allegations of concealing evidence.
The New Democracy government, under Kyriakos Mitsotakis, is accused of circumventing parliamentary procedures and promoting legislation that restricts freedoms, such as the law on disciplinary law in universities. The opposition and part of society express concerns about increasing arrogance and undermining confidence in institutions.
Criticism focuses on the lack of transparency and accountability, as well as the perception that the government is acting unilaterally, without taking into account the reactions of society. Many fear that this leads to frustration and alienation of citizens from the democratic process.
There is also mention of the need for a movement to restore citizens' trust in democracy and institutions.
