Government Initiatives: Marine Parks, Banks, and SEF Agreement

The government is promoting a series of positive initiatives, starting with the zoning of two marine parks in the Ionian and South Aegean Seas, covering a total area of 27,500 square meters.

At the same time, the zeroing of bank commissions for cash withdrawals from ATMs was announced, a regulation processed by the Minister of Finance Kyriakos Pierrakakis in cooperation with the Bank of Greece.

In addition, at a meeting at the Maximos Mansion with Kyriakos Mitsotakis and the owners of Olympiacos B.C., Giorgos and Panagiotis Angelopoulos, an agreement was reached on the SEF, with a regulation modeled on the concession of OAKA to PAO.

The national water plan is expected in the coming days, while Mr. Mitsotakis will give a comprehensive interview to SKAI.
