PASOK: Androulakis Letter to Parliament Speaker on Independent Authorities

The president of PASOK-KINAL, Nikos Androulakis, sent a letter to the Speaker of the Parliament, Nikitas Kaklamanis, regarding the selection of the heads of the Independent Authorities.

In his letter, N. Androulakis requests a prior open call for expressions of interest with a description of the formal and substantive qualifications, in order to ensure the credibility of the process and the effective staffing of the Authorities.

N. Androulakis emphasizes the need for broad consensus among the political forces, which will be based on high-level qualifications and guarantees of independence of the candidates.
