POMIDA proposes platform for student housing

POMIDA (Panhellenic Federation of Property Owners) has proposed the creation of a digital platform for student housing in private residences, either on each university's portal or centrally on Gov.gr.

In a letter to the Minister of Education and Religious Affairs, Sofia Zaharaki, POMIDA emphasizes that through the platform, owners and real estate agents will be able to declare available residences in a timely manner, facilitating student families in their search for housing.

POMIDA estimates that the platform will lead to lower prices due to increased competition.
