Panos Routsi spoke about the incidents of tension at the Larissa Court Complex during the trial for the Tempi tragedy, in an interview on the show Kalimera Ellada.

He described the verbal episode with Vasilis Kapernaros, saying that "Where the trial was proceeding normally, there was a recess. Again, lawyers from the other side mocked us. There was a clash between the relatives and the lawyers. They told us that we are a theater, they had said it again in a previous trial. It is natural and expected that tempers flare, because it is not easy to hear the same lies and mockery every time, it is psychologically damaging."

Mr. Routsi claimed that there is an attempt to remove the relatives from the courtroom so that the lawyers can mock without reaction.

Referring to Nikos Plakias, he noted that "for two years we have had a different line, but I do not want to accuse a person who has lost his children, I do not want to comment."

Regarding the possibility of Maria Karystianou forming a party, he stated that he does not wish to comment.

Regarding the exhumations of the bodies, he said that the process has "frozen" because "there are no certified laboratories in Greece."
