The prosecutor of the One-Member Court of Appeals proposed the guilt of all seven defendants (citizens and OPEKEPE executives) for illegally receiving European subsidies.

European prosecutor Kalliopi Dayanta requested the conviction of the seven defendants for a series of acts, rejecting their claims of eliminating the criminal nature because they returned the money.

Regarding the OPEKEPE executives, prosecutor Dayanta requested the transmission of the case file to the European Prosecutor to investigate the possibility of committing the criminal acts of breach of trust.
