Akis Deiximos publicly complained about his treatment by the production of a concert dedicated to Grigoris Bithikotsis, which will take place at the Kallimarmaro Stadium on September 17. His post provoked a reaction from Sakis Arseniou.

Akis Deiximos, via Facebook, expressed his displeasure at the fact that he was initially asked to do backing vocals at the concert, and then he was informed that he would not sing at all. The artist considered this development to be demeaning.

Specifically, in his post he stated: "The whole scene is as follows: – Good evening Mr. Deiximos, we want you to participate in the concert for Grigoris Bithikotsis which will take place at the Kallimarmaro Stadium. Could you help us by doing backing vocals? – My answer was that I no longer do that, so I accepted a new proposal to participate by singing, which I gladly accepted. – On the poster (promo) of the event for the great Greek SIR of Greek song, the artists who participate are written normally, I was among the 'and others'. – Today I received a new phone call that they decided not to let me sing but only do backing vocals. – So I won't be at Kallimarmaro... – I hope that one day I will become a good singer and they will take me... – Shame..."

Sakis Arseniou reposted Deiximos' post and commented: "Don't be upset, brother!!! But it's your fault and the many 'yes' that are never appreciated by anyone. No meritocracy in anything."
