Actress Alexandra Ousta revealed that she visited a psychologist to understand her initial reluctance to have children.

In an interview, Ousta explained that after her relationship with Giannis Sarakatsanis stabilized and the discussion about starting a family arose, she felt the need to explore her resistance.

'I went to a psychologist because I wondered why I didn't want to have children. And since Giannis and I were together and very well, at some point the question arose whether we would grow our family. So, because I had a resistance to it, as far as I can remember myself, and because the years were passing, I wanted to clarify the reason that kept me away from it,' she said.

The actress added that through psychological support, she realized that her refusal was not an absolute choice, but was related to specific factors. In 2020, Alexandra Ousta and Giannis Sarakatsanis had a son, Augustos.

'Yes, because in reality there were other factors that led me to resist the issue of having children. So, from the moment these reasons no longer exist, I define how I will continue. And fortunately, it wasn't long before Augustos came into my life,' she added.
