Anna Vissi & Elton John Perform at Koustas Baptism in Capri

Shipowner Giannis Koustas and his wife, Dimitra, celebrated their son's baptism with a three-day event in Capri. Anna Vissi served as the godmother.

The celebrations culminated on June 28th with a private concert by Elton John, who made an appearance for his friend, Giannis Koustas. The 78-year-old star, despite his vision problems, performed on the stage of the historic monastery Certosa di San Giacomo.

Anna Vissi, the godmother of Giannis Koustas Junior, who was born on October 7, 2024, also performed. The baptism was initially planned in Symi, but the party eventually took place in Capri.
