Antonis Kafetzopoulos: Ageism in actors

Antonis Kafetzopoulos spoke on the Buongiorno show about his return to the theater with the play "Aspro Mavro", which will be presented at the Epi Kolono Theater from October 21, translated and directed by himself.

"When I read the play, I said I wanted to do it with Jerome Kalouta. I have always been a pessimistic person," said Antonis Kafetzopoulos.

He also mentioned that there was a period when he was depressed, but with the help of experts he overcame the problem. He also stated that he has not received television proposals due to age and fatigue, as he is bored with the long hours of filming.

"There is ageism in actors, but I do the same, I choose actors based on their appearance and age also plays a role," he said characteristically.
