Dimitris Frangoglou: "I regret not being credited as a screenwriter on 'The Unacceptables'"

Actor Dimitris Frangoglou has expressed his regret over his decision not to be credited as a screenwriter on the popular Mega TV series "The Unacceptables."
In an interview on the show "Kalimera Eipame?" on September 13th, Frangoglou stated that he participated in writing the script from the 11th episode onwards. He said he felt it would be exploiting the success of the series, so his name appeared in the credits as a mere collaborator.
Frangoglou stressed that this decision also had financial consequences, as it affected his fees from the organization that pays screenwriters. "I started collaborating with 'The Unacceptables' and helping to develop the idea of the episodes from the 11th onwards," he said.
"I didn't want it to seem like I was going to take something from that success. I did it out of stupid modesty," he added, expressing his regret for his decision.
