According to reports, Ioanna Touni was intoxicated when she was filmed with a mobile phone in a sexual encounter with a well-known businessman from Thessaloniki. The video was shared on a pornographic website and on mobile phones.

One defendant is a 38-year-old businessman, the scion of a well-known family, who had a relationship with Ioanna Touni in the past. The second defendant is a friend of the businessman, who allegedly filmed the video. Both deny the charges.
