Elena Makri Lymberi: First TV Interview After Antonis Lymberis' Death

Elena Makri Lymberi gave her first television interview after the death of her husband, publisher Antonis Lymberis. Speaking to Fayi Skorda, she referred to their acquaintance, their relationship, and the difficult moments they experienced.

Elena Makri Lymberi revealed that her friends were the ones who brought her into contact with Antonis Lymberis. "My 3 best friends were in a relationship with him and suggested him to me, saying he is amazing," she said.

She also referred to the difficulties they faced professionally, especially during the period of declining advertising. "In 2009, we received a huge buyout offer, I told him 'do it' and he said 'who will I be without these?'," Elena Makri Lymberi recalls.

She also spoke about Antonis Lymberis' relationship with Petros Kostopoulos, revealing that she sometimes fueled the fire and sometimes extinguished it.

Antonis Lymberis passed away on November 25, 2024, at the age of 71.
