Elena Rapti: "My husband and I were tested in the last two years"

The Deputy Minister of Social Cohesion and Family, Elena Rapti, spoke on the Happy Day show with Stamatina Tsimtsili about the difficulties she faced with her husband, Giannis Bratakos, in the last two years.

As she mentioned, they both faced health problems, which, however, brought them closer. "In the last two years, we have both been tested on health issues, but thank God we have overcome them," she said.

Ms. Rapti referred to the surgeries she had to undergo, emphasizing that "everything was dealt with" thanks to the mutual support with her husband. The relationship between Elena Rapti and Giannis Bratakos became known in September 2022, while in 2024 they had a civil marriage.

"I feel that my husband is my support, he is the person I love, appreciate, and admire," said Elena Rapti.
