Eleni Kastani: Reveals Her Battle with Weight and Diabetes

Eleni Kastani, in an interview with Sasa Stamati, spoke about the significant change in her appearance after losing weight, as well as the difficult moments she has experienced.

The actress revealed that her decision to lose weight was not for aesthetic reasons but for health reasons, as she was dealing with type B diabetes and metabolic syndrome. She mentioned that she reached 99.5 kg, while now she weighs 68 kg. Her goal is to reach 70 kg.

Eleni Kastani also referred to the losses of loved ones, such as her husband and sister, who passed away.
