Actress Eleni Randou shared a photo from her trip to Brighton, England, describing how solo vacations have become a source of peace.

In a Facebook post, Eleni Randou explained that she used to fear solo getaways, but now she enjoys them. "Soul serenity in Brighton! How much I used to dread solo vacations and how much they soothe the soul now!" she wrote.

The actress emphasized that away from criticism and worries, she finds the opportunity to disconnect and return to herself. "Not knowing anyone, not being known, getting away from coherence, from hurtful phrases, constant criticism, not really understanding what they're saying to you, not taking care of others, finding your own center for a while," she noted.

Finally, she humorously commented that while Greece is experiencing a heatwave, she sleeps with a duvet in Brighton.
