Eurovision: The cost of Greece's participation with Akyla

The countdown has begun for the 70th Eurovision Song Contest in Vienna, with Greece participating with Akyla and the song "Ferto." Despite the song's different style, it is considered one of the favorites.
The amount allocated for the Greek participation, according to Διαύγεια (Transparency), amounts to 168,568.00 euros plus VAT and taxes. This amount covers the production design and presentation of the Greek entry.
ERT responded to rumors of excessive amounts, assuring that this year's cost is lower than last year's and that funds are being managed properly. "Despite the untruths circulating online, the amount approved by ERT for the production and presentation of this year's Greek entry is even less than last year's," the announcement stated.
