Giorgos Karamihos: Why He Left America

Actor Giorgos Karamihos spoke about the reasons that led him to return from the United States to Greece. As he stated on the show "Super Katerina", his son's decision to return to Greece was influenced by the safety drills they conducted at school to deal with a threat with a weapon.

Giorgos Karamihos stated: "I returned to Greece, first of all because of the pandemic... We initially came for the summer and eventually my son refused to leave... It's scary for a child there, because every two months at school they practice how to deal with an intruder with a weapon."

Referring to his concerns, the actor added: "Leaving your child at school and not knowing if someone with a weapon will invade... combined with the food and everything else... I prefer to live in Greece... let him finish school and then he can choose wherever he wants for his studies."

Regarding his daughter, Giorgos Karamihos said: "My daughter lives in the ideal country for a person, in Denmark... She works there and turns 28 in April."
