Giorgos Karavas: "The biggest risk was starting a family"

Giorgos Karavas, shortly before the premiere of Exathlon on SKAI, gave an interview to OK! magazine.

He referred to psychoanalysis and his visits to a psychologist from the age of 25, emphasizing that help is important, but the final decision is personal.

Regarding the biggest risk he has taken in his life, he stated that it was the decision to start a family in 2011, despite the objections of those around him. He believes that starting a family is the biggest challenge and if one succeeds, one can achieve anything.
