Giorgos Mazonakis Responds to Sexual Harassment Allegations

Giorgos Mazonakis is responding to allegations of sexual abuse through a statement from his lawyer, claiming an organized blackmail plot by business interests.

According to a statement by lawyer Charalambos Lykoudis, Mazonakis has already contacted the Extortion Department of the Directorate for Combating Organized Crime.

The 21-year-old artist who accused Mazonakis of indecent acts testified in Evelpidon. His lawyer stated that they want light to be shed on the case.

According to the complainant, the events occurred in March. He claims he was pressured to go to Mazonakis' dressing room after a rehearsal, where he was allegedly offered cocaine and an attempt was made to solicit a sexual encounter.
