Giorgos Mazonakis was discharged from the public psychiatric clinic on August 18, where he had been hospitalized since August 14 following a prosecutor's order. His lawyer, Giorgos Merkoulidis, stated that the singer is trying to manage the situation with composure.

According to statements on the show "Kalokairi Parea," Mazonakis underwent a demanding four-day hospitalization. The lawyer mentioned that the singer is in fairly good condition, given the circumstances.

Mazonakis will undergo further examinations to dispel any shadows regarding his mental health. His admission to the clinic was at the request of his father and sister, without his consent. He insists that he does not suffer from a psychiatric illness.

Mazonakis' family had issued a statement on August 16, emphasizing that their priority is his health and life.
