Giorgos Mazonakis: Lawyer Alleges 'Blackmail' Attempt

Giorgos Mazonakis's lawyer, Charalampos Lykoudis, stated on the Live You show that the singer is a victim of blackmail. According to Mr. Lykoudis, a formal complaint has been filed with the Extortion Department.

Mr. Lykoudis claimed that Giorgos Mazonakis is being blackmailed by a nightclub owner for illegal demands. He mentioned that the blackmailers initially invoked "heavy names from prisons" and threats.

The lawyer also commented on the timing of the lawsuit against Giorgos Mazonakis, just hours before his premiere, calling it "the definition of blackmail" and part of an organized plan.

Referring to the 21-year-old who filed the lawsuit, Mr. Lykoudis called him a "false witness."
