Giorgos Theofanous: "I was cutting off the legs of kids on talent shows"

Giorgos Theofanous admitted that he was overly critical as a judge on talent shows, discouraging contestants. In an interview on the show "Studio 4," the composer stated that he now regrets this behavior, as his children watch related clips and laugh.

"I didn't promise bombastic things to anyone, but you have to give courage if they are good or cut them if they are not. Of course, don't cut off their legs, because I was cutting off legs and I shouldn't have done that," Giorgos Theofanous stated characteristically.

He also referred to his collaborations with important artists, such as Haroula Alexiou and Marinella, and his admiration for Giorgos Marinos.
