Kostas Karafotis and his wife, Katia Manou, are expecting their first child. It has been revealed that Katia Manou is in the early months of her pregnancy.

Kostas Karafotis confirmed the news on the show "Καλύτερα Δεν Γίνεται", revealing that they are expecting a baby girl. "I feel great to be a father for the first time. It will be a girl and I am doubly happy," he stated.

The couple got married in May 2024 at the Church of Agios Nikolaos Rigillis in Kolonaki.
