Kostas Martakis: Open to Eurovision with the Right Song

Kostas Martakis has expressed his desire to represent Greece in Eurovision, provided he finds the right song. The singer, who has twice sought to represent the country, in 2008 and 2014, stated that he would dare to do it if he found the right song and with the support of his team.

In an interview with Down Town Cyprus magazine, Kostas Martakis said: "If I found the right song and given that I believe a lot in my current team, yes I would dare to do it, although I think I'm a bit old now."

Additionally, the singer stated that he misses television and would like to participate in a television project, as long as it makes him feel good and is not just for the money.

"As I have said many times, I believe that because of my beginnings, I am in a way a television personality and the truth is that I miss television, but just like with bouzouki clubs, I want to join something that makes me feel good. I don't want to do something just to do it or just for the money," he added.
