He emphasizes intensive body care with body cream, focusing on knees and elbows. He chooses a dermatologist for minor interventions to improve his appearance.

Regarding beauty trends, he suggests that women know their skin's pH, choose the appropriate grooming routine, and adhere to hygiene rules. He rejects false eyelashes and bold lipsticks, while supporting groomed eyebrows.

Finally, he mentions that he exercises 5-6 times a week, doing pilates, spinning and boxing.
