Maria Georgiadou: "Stratos Tzortzoglou and I Separated Under the Best Possible Conditions"

Actress Maria Georgiadou spoke about her relationship with her ex-husband, Stratos Tzortzoglou, in an interview on Breakfast at Star on Thursday, December 18th.

She stated that there is no secret to their good relationship, other than the fact that they have a child together and that their separation took place under the best possible conditions.

She also mentioned the current period of her life, saying that these are good days, with a lot of work, specifically with the series "Apo ilio se ilio" (From Sun to Sun) for ERT.

Regarding TV ratings, Maria Georgiadou stated that they are not her goal, even though it is something that is imposed, especially on private channels.

Finally, she referred to the issue of ageism in the artistic field, emphasizing that all ages are useful on television, although leading roles are usually not written for people beyond a certain age.

Maria Georgiadou and Stratos Tzortzoglou were married from 1989 to 2004. Their son, Alkiviadis, was born in 1997.
