Martzy Lazarou: "I left crying" – The 20-kilo weight loss

Martzy Lazarou, who co-hosts a show on SKAI with Dimitris Panopoulos, spoke on The 2Night Show about her effort to lose 20 kilos.

"I lost 20 kilos! I really wanted it to happen, I struggled for 5 years. It gives you different energy and confidence," Martzy Lazarou stated.

She described how she left the first visit to a nutritionist crying, when she saw the number on the scale. "I said it's over. There is no turning back," she mentioned to Grigoris Arnaoutoglou.
