Great Chimera: Premiere and Cast on ERT

The highly anticipated series "Great Chimera", based on the novel by M. Karagatsis, premieres on New Year's Day 2026 on ERTFLIX.

The first two episodes will be available from January 1, 2026, while the television premiere on ERT1 will be on Sunday, January 4, 2026, at 22:00.

The series stars Fotini Peluso, Andreas Konstantinou, Karyofyllia Karabeti, and Dimitris Kitsos. The music is by Ted Regklis.

The production is by Foss Productions, in co-production with ERT and other international companies.

The story focuses on Marina, a woman who seeks happiness and is led on a path of conflict and loss.

Episode 1: Marina leaves Trieste for Greece with Yannis. In Syros, she meets his family and they get married.

Episode 2: Marina's past and traumatic experiences unfold.
