In her post, Mimi Denisi referred to Marinella as a "great voice, great heart," emphasizing the joy of life and the grandeur of the stage she represented. She also fondly recalled their evenings together after performances and the tenderness with which Marinella had embraced her child.

"Farewell my beloved... I will always remember our evenings after our performances and how much love and tenderness you embraced my child... You will sing with the angels now," Mimi Denisi wrote.

Marinella passed away at the age of 87, after complications from a stroke.
