Nikos Papadakis: "I started having stomach problems in America"

Nikos Papadakis revealed that he experienced stomach problems during his stay in America. In an interview on the show "Ζω Καλά", he explained that consuming processed foods led him to need enzymes for digestion.

"When I left and went to America, my body was fine. At some point, I started having stomach problems. No matter what I ate, I was bloating," Nikos Papadakis said. "They told me I should take some enzymes. I came to Greece and stopped taking them, without any problems."

He added that stopping the enzymes during his stay in Greece did not cause problems, while restarting them in America was necessary after a week or two.
