According to court documents obtained by Us Weekly, Richards filed a request asking the court to order Phypers and his family to vacate the residence. The actress claims that Phypers has not been paying rent, leading the landlord to initiate eviction proceedings.

Richards expressed concerns about potential damage to her personal items and requested to retrieve them without Phypers' presence. She alleged that Phypers and his family have caused significant damage to the house.

Phypers, in his response, stated that he does not consent to the order requested by Richards and that there is no urgent situation.

Phypers filed for divorce in July, citing irreconcilable differences. Richards has accused him of physical abuse, which he denies.
