Dua Lipa Honors Sinéad O'Connor with Performance

Dua Lipa honored Sinéad O'Connor by performing 'Nothing Compares 2 U' at her concert in Dublin. The performance was part of her 'Radical Optimism Tour' at the Aviva Stadium.

Lipa, wearing a white jumpsuit, expressed her honor in performing the song, encouraging the audience to join in. 'Nothing Compares 2 U,' although written by Prince, became a global hit with O'Connor's performance in 1990.

Lipa's performance followed a series of guest appearances at her Wembley Stadium concerts on June 20 and 21, where she appeared with Jamiroquai and Charli XCX. Her tour continues in North America in September.

Sinéad O'Connor passed away in July 2023. Her cause of death was chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and asthma.
