«The Devil Wears Prada 2»: Anne Hathaway's request to the production

Anne Hathaway stars in the sequel «The Devil Wears Prada 2», alongside Meryl Streep and Emily Blunt. During filming, the actress had an accident, slipping on the stairs, as recorded in videos and photos that went viral.

In an interview with Harper's Bazaar, Streep revealed that Hathaway intervened to prevent «worryingly thin» models from appearing in the film. «Annie noticed, and went straight to the producers to discuss it, ensuring that the models in the show we were preparing for our film would not be excessively thin! She is a girl with character,» Streep said.

Unlike the first film, the sequel is supported by many haute couture houses.
