Only Murders in the Building: Season 5 Premieres in September

The comedy mystery series "Only Murders in the Building" returns with its fifth season on September 9th via the Hulu platform.

The first three episodes will air on the premiere date, with the remaining episodes available every Tuesday.

Steve Martin, Martin Short, Selena Gomez, and Michael Cyril Creighton return to their roles. The cast also includes Meryl Streep, Da'Vine Joy Randolph, Richard Kind, and Nathan Lane.

New faces this season include Bobby Cannavale, Renée Zellweger, Logan Lerman, Christoph Waltz, Téa Leoni, Keegan-Michael Key, Beanie Feldstein, Dianne Wiest, and Jermaine Fowler.

The series has received seven nominations at the 2025 Emmy Awards, including Best Comedy Series, and two 2025 SAG Awards.

According to the official synopsis, the new season follows Charles, Oliver, and Mabel as they investigate Lester's death, leading them to the dark corners of New York City.
