Petros Filippidis: Reactions to a Journalist at Theater Outing

Actor Petros Filippidis was at the Akropol Theater to watch the show #HotelAmour. His presence and reaction to a journalist were captured on camera.

The case of Petros Filippidis will be discussed in the Areios Pagos (Supreme Court) on April 1, 2026. The legal dispute reached its second instance in July 2025, when the Mixed Jury Court of Appeals of Athens found him guilty of two attempted rapes (2010 and 2014). He was sentenced to 3 years in prison with suspension, without recognition of mitigating circumstances.

Reporter Ilias Skoulas from the show #StarBreakfast was at the theater and tried to get a statement. The actor's reaction was shown on the show #ΤοΠρωινό of #ANT1.

Foteini Petroglianni reported that there was an "incident" with another journalist before the start of the show, with Filippidis expressing his opposition to being recorded.
