Specifically, she uploaded a video with the message that Eric Dane had left for his daughters, writing: "I will love you forever" with a red heart.

In the video, Dane addresses his daughters, Billie and Georgia, giving them life advice and expressing his love.

Sweeney and Dane had worked together on the successful series "Euphoria," with Dane managing to complete filming before his death.
