Sofia Moutidou: "Panic Attacks Led Me to Antidepressants"

Actress Sofia Moutidou discussed her experiences of abuse and panic attacks that led her to take antidepressants in a recent interview.
Sofia Moutidou, known for her presence on television, theater, and YouTube, confessed that she had suffered emotional abuse in her childhood and workplace bullying in the artistic field.
Regarding her mental health, the actress stated: "What led me to antidepressants was panic attacks. I was never diagnosed with depression."
Sofia Moutidou also referred to the loss of her mother and husband, as well as the need for psychological support for herself and her daughter.
