Friends and colleagues bid farewell to actress Sofia Seirli at the Ritsona crematorium. The actress passed away at the age of 77, on August 11.

Sofia Seirli drowned while attempting to swim from Kamari beach to the small island of Agios Minas. According to reports, she was swept away by sea currents.

Sofia Seirli was born in Alexandria on December 1, 1947. She graduated from the Drama School of the National Theater and collaborated with well-known directors in theater, film, and television. She participated in the series "Mavro Rodo" and "Agries Melisses".
