Steve Douzos: Hospitalization and Battle with Cancer

Actor Steve Douzos is hospitalized again, as he announced via Facebook. Steve Douzos spoke to Thanos Vagios on ANT1's "To Proino" show about his health condition.

Steve Douzos mentioned that he was admitted to the hospital for tests and experienced shortness of breath. He stated: "I came in for some tests and I've been here for six days now and God willing, I'll be out tomorrow. I had a little shortness of breath, I was panting a little and I came to straighten it out."

Additionally, the actor referred to his past battle with cancer: "Yes, they had found a small tumor in my lung a long time ago, I did my radiation and I cleared it. No, this particular hospitalization has nothing to do with that. I have other things, I have a heart, everything..."

Steve Douzos was also hospitalized during the holidays due to a viral infection and COVID-19, but as he stated, it did not worsen his overall condition. He emphasized that he faces cancer with a positive attitude and follows his treatments.

He also referred to Dionysis Savvopoulos and his own battle with cancer, emphasizing the importance of inner strength and a positive attitude in dealing with the disease.
