Recipe: Lamb meatballs in tomato sauce with skioufihta by D. Skarmoutsos

Chef Dimitris Skarmoutsos presented a recipe for lamb meatballs in tomato sauce with skioufihta on MEGA's Buongiorno show. The recipe includes 1 kg of lamb mince, 500 g of skioufihta pasta, 1 onion, garlic, 1 egg, breadcrumbs, cumin, cinnamon, tsimenti, mint, olive oil, tomato concasse, and pasta water.
The process involves mixing the mince with the spices and other ingredients. Then, sauté the tomato and onions with the spices in a pan. Shape the meatballs and add them to the pan. After 7 minutes, add the skioufihta and let them cook together for about 15 minutes.
