Actor Thanasis Efthymiadis spoke about his personal transformation after a significant breakup and his trip to Mount Athos.

As he mentioned in a television interview on the show "Buongiorno," about twenty years ago, he was concerned about his relationships with women. After a breakup that marked him, he decided to seek answers and change the way he approached relationships.

"The process started many years ago, before my trip to Mount Athos," said Thanasis Efthymiadis, explaining that he realized he needed to re-examine patriarchal beliefs.
