"Reality Check: Inside America’s Next Top Model" Documentary Coming to Netflix

The documentary Reality Check: Inside America’s Next Top Model, which examines the television phenomenon America’s Next Top Model (ANTM), will premiere on Netflix on February 16.

The series, created by Tyra Banks and developed by Ken Mok and Kenya Barris, aired from 2003 to 2016 and left a strong cultural footprint. The documentary examines the behind-the-scenes of ANTM and its legacy, with interviews from Tyra Banks, Ken Mok, Jay Manuel, J. Alexander (Miss J), Nigel Barker, as well as former contestants such as Whitney Thompson, Shandi Sullivan, and Dani Evans.

Reality Check is expected to reignite the discussion around ANTM, examining the extreme makeovers, controversial photoshoot concepts, and criticisms that were often considered offensive.
