Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sánchez are expected to marry soon in a lavish ceremony in Venice. The invitation, sent out in May, reveals that the couple is asking guests to donate to three Venetian charities instead of wedding gifts.

According to the invitation, donations will be made to UNESCO for the preservation of Venice's cultural heritage, to CORILA for the restoration of lagoon habitats, and to the International University of Venice for supporting research on sustainable solutions. The couple expressed hope that Venice will continue to inspire future generations through these efforts.
