Vasilis Lazaridis: 'It's Immoral to Create Impressions About My Father'

Vasilis Lazaridis, son of businessman Babis Lazaridis and Popi Malliotaki, defended his father after Angeliki Iliadi's claims of abuse.

In an interview on the Vidcast 'Bedtime Stories,' Vasilis Lazaridis called it immoral to create impressions about his father, stressing that he was 'one of the best people.'

Referring to his parents' separation, he stated that the decision belonged to Popi Malliotaki, who took him and his sister and left the house. He also denied rumors that Babis Lazaridis divorced to be with Angeliki Iliadi.

Angeliki Iliadi, in an interview, had denounced physical abuse and threats from Babis Lazaridis, claims that provoked the reaction of Popi Malliotaki, who categorically denied these claims.
