Christos Loulis: "I questioned Zeta Makrypoulia to feel better about myself"

Actor Christos Loulis admitted that his past questioning of Zeta Makrypoulia's acting talent was done to improve his self-esteem.

In an interview on the show "Hamogela kai Pali," Loulis referred to his statements where he had said that he did not consider Makrypoulia a "colleague." Now, he stated remorse, saying that underestimating her was a way for him to feel better.

"When I questioned her, I was in a state where I needed to feel better about myself. So the easiest thing we humans do to feel better about ourselves is to underestimate someone else. That's what I essentially did back then," he said.

Loulis and Makrypoulia will co-star in the play "Tzeni Tzeni".
